Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on PulsePass for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PulsePass; or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Event Tickets and Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to the terms set by individual event organizers. PulsePass serves as a platform facilitating ticket transactions. Refund policies vary by event and are determined by the event organizer. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the specific terms of that event.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use PulsePass in a respectful and lawful manner. You may not use the service to harass, harm, or discriminate against others. Event organizers must provide accurate information about their events, and attendees must comply with event rules and venue policies.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on PulsePass are provided on an 'as is' basis. PulsePass makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
6. Limitations
In no event shall PulsePass or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PulsePass, even if PulsePass or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Changes to Terms
PulsePass may revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By using this site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
